Welcome New Interns!

We’re proud to announce two new additions to the Nerd North family! Let’s all welcome Megan Wight and Yuan He, our spiffy new interns fresh out of Seneca College’s Creative Advertising program. You may recognize Megan aka Veteran Foxx as the gaming insider from our flagship brand, G33KPRON.

Megan Wight: Art Direction
Attended the Ontario College of Art and Design for Illustration.
Completed the Creative Advertising program at Seneca College, with a focus in Art Direction.

  • Worked with Cundari to create an IMC campaign for their client BMW, for the launch of the new 7 series sedan.
  • Worked with Agency 59 to create an IMC campaign for their client, the Heart and Stroke Foundation to raise awareness among Canadian teens about the underground methods the tobacco companies utilize to target them.
  • Worked with Cundari to create an IMC campaign for their client, the Toronto Zoo to raise awareness for the upcoming Panda addition.
  • Worked with Leo Burnett to create an IMC campaign for their client Kellogg’s Eggo waffles to re-establish their position within their market category. Was chosen as the winner by representatives from Leo Burnett.

Studied Business Administration: Marketing before completing the Creative Advertising program at Seneca College.

  • Worked with Tensing Communications to create an IMC campaign for Sylvania Ultra LED, for the introduction of its new line-up of light bulbs.
  • Worked with RocketXL to create an IMC campaign for Cadbury Mini Eggs, for announcing its year-round availability.
  • Worked with Leo Burnett to create an IMC campaign for Kellogg’s All-Bran cereal, to reposition their product as not just a cereal but also a daily meal ingredient.
  • Worked with Cundari to create an IMC brand campaign for BMW, to strengthen their positioning within the Canadian market.
